ACCESSIBILITY FACT SHEET

At Pullman Reef Hotel Casino we take pride in offering a warm Tropical North Queensland welcome to all guests. Our aim is to ensure all guests can enjoy every aspect of our venue to the fullest, regardless of any mobility or other limitations they may face.

Access to our property for guests with mobility limitations is easily achieved via ramps to our various entrances, including the hotel lobby. Lifts from our car park levels and foyer are also freely accessible to all guests. Our car parks have ample parking spaces designed to be wheelchair accessible and are conveniently placed close to lifts.

Our hotel reception check-in is positioned at a seated level for the comfort of our guests and is particularly welcoming to wheelchair users.

We have 3 accessible hotel rooms with special features including wider bathroom door access and specially designed enhancements to enable ease of accessibility for physically impaired users. All rooms have audible smoke alarms and accessible rooms also have visual alarms for the hearing impaired.

Our conference and events rooms are easily accessible via lifts, and we have a chair hoist available for access to our elevated stages for wheelchair users should this be required.

Currently in progress we are building website audio guides specially created to enhance the stay of guests with accessible needs. They will feature complex accommodation, dining and entertainment information, as well as attractions in the vicinity.  These will be accessed via our website or the Vacayit app and will be compatible with assisted technology like screen readers.
